What every plan includes
- Setup, free. Concierge onboarding on every plan: we help you build the export from your system (any ERP, WMS or accounting package — Excel included), map your fields, and validate the first blueprint with you line by line. No implementation fees, no training fees.
- Every capability. Demand forecasting (18 methods compete per product, scores visible), buffer stock sized from each product's real track record, the budget-first purchase order planner, the supplier-delay disruption planner, and the deal analyser with break-even negotiation prices. Nothing is gated behind a higher tier.
- No per-seat fees. Your whole team is included at every level.
- 7-day free trial on any plan — we set the platform up with your own products, no card required, so you evaluate the real thing rather than a demo.
Start free: the Blueprint
Before you pay anything, send us a sales export and we'll analyse your full catalogue free of charge — every product forecast, every risk flagged, and the £ figure sitting in dead and excess stock, on your own data. The free blueprint shows you the diagnosis; the paid plans give you the remedy: budget-planned purchase orders, stress-tested against supplier delays, ready to place.
Is it worth it? The honest maths
Industry rules of thumb: holding stock costs 15–25% of its value every year (space, insurance, tied-up cash), and mid-market catalogues typically carry 20–30% more stock than their sales justify. A business stocking 2,000 products commonly holds £1m or more in inventory — meaning £200k+ of likely excess, costing £40k+ a year just to keep on the shelf. Against that, the Growth plan is £3,990 a year.
Those are averages, not promises — your number might be better or worse. That's exactly what the free blueprint is for: it replaces the rule of thumb with your real figure before you spend a pound.

Pricing FAQs
Why does the price scale with product count?
Because both the value and the work scale with it. Every product gets its own forecast tournament, its own buffer calculation and its own purchase recommendations — 20,000 products is genuinely 40× the computation of 500. Charging by catalogue size keeps small businesses affordable and big catalogues fairly priced, and it's a number you already know — no surveys, no sales calls to "qualify your budget".
What happens if my catalogue grows past my plan's limit?
You move up to the next tier from the following billing cycle — we'll tell you before it happens, never silently. Nothing is cut off mid-month.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes — annual plans can be paid by invoice/bank transfer. Monthly plans are by card.
Are there really no other fees?
Really. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-seat fees, no support tiers, no charge for data refreshes. The subscription is the whole price. If you ever ask us for genuinely custom engineering — a bespoke API integration, for example — we'd quote that separately and tell you before any work starts.
